Valley View University Honours Akufo-Addo, Kufuor, Two Others

 

In a grand ceremony that will take place tomorrow, July 7, 2023, Valley View University, Ghana’s Premier Chartered Private University, will bestow honours on four individuals, including President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of Ghana.

Other recipients of the Honorary Awards are President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia, Former President John Agyekum-Kufuor of Ghana, and the Chief of Staff at the Office of the President, Akosua Frema Osei-Opare.

The event will be held at the university’s main campus at Oyibi in Accra.

The prestigious awards are being conferred to recognize the exceptional contributions made by these distinguished individuals in their respective roles.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will be honored for his remarkable leadership and unwavering commitment to the progress and development of Ghana, especially in the educational sector.

President Hakainde Hichilema will also be recognized for his significant achievements and dedication to Zambia.

Valley View University’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Samuel K. Afrane, expressed his excitement about the upcoming event, stating, “We are privileged to have these exceptional leaders and esteemed individuals grace our university with their presence.
