Singer and songwriter Whitnee Dee, known in real life as Whitney Naa-Tsaweh Djoleto, released her first ever rap single for the year titled “See Me Coming” on Tuesday, September 26.

Produced under the Whitnee Dee Empire record label, the song is available on all digital streaming platforms.

“See Me Coming” is an Afro-classic that greatly expresses Whitnee’s vocal prowess. The song talks about Whitnee’s eagerness to dominate the rap industry regardless of the challenges that may come her way.

The song was mixed and mastered by Fortune Dane and art-directed by Vision London.

In an earlier interview on Guide Entertainment hosted by Prudent on DGN TV, the budding songstress disclosed that her music is passionately made to motivate young women to stay true to themselves and not to fall prey to the pressures of society.

Whitnee Dee, early this year, released a single titled “Jeje”. The song has since received major airplay and streams on various digital platforms.

Born and raised in Virginia, USA, Whitnee started her music career at a young age when her parents decided to put her in the church band and invested in her vocal lessons due to her passion for music and dance.

Along the way, Whitnee learned how to play the trumpet and Frugal horn, giving her the chance to play not only for the church but her school band.

Whitney dropped her professional masterpiece in 2020, titled “My Jorley” featuring Rison. This was followed by a masterpiece in 2021 titled “Skinpain” and “Particular” in 2022 featuring Jaywillz and Akosua.
