Yvonne Nelson’s ‘Sin City’ registered a major successful premiere on Val’s Day in Accra.
A lot of movie enthusiasts thronged the Silverbird Cinemas at the Accra Mall where the event took place.
The movie was shown six times while a large number of people queued to watch the movie produced by YN Productions and directed by Pascal Amanfo.
A heavy vehicular traffic around the environs of the Accra Mall couldn’t stop movie lovers from attending the premiere ceremony, which was attended by some of the crème de la crème of the movie industry.
‘Sin City’ is a movie that talks about the difficulties in marriage, covering the mysteries of love, mortality, loyalty and human vows.
It tells the story of Philip (Kunle Remi) and Julia (Yvonne Nelson), a couple high up on the ladder of success and living their dream.
Their marriage seems perfect except they can’t seem to get to spend time with each other owing to Philips’ frequent trips.
Finally when they decide to spice up the marriage by spending time together and go away for a few days, the unusual happened and things went out of their control.
It stars Yvonne Nelson, Adjetey Anang, Kunle Remi, Regina Van-Helvert, Kweku Elliot, Oscar Provencal and a host of others.
A lot of movie fans who saw the movie at the Thursday premiere applauded the production.
