Zenith Bank last weekend held its quarterly health walk to create awareness on healthy living on the theme: ‘Walk For Health; Walk For Life’.

The health activity was embarked on by over 1,000 staff of the bank, its customers and partners.

Henry Oroh, Managing Director, Zenith Bank Ghana Limited, addressing the gathering after the walk, said the bank values the health of its staff, partners and customers, urging all to work towards living healthier lifestyles.

He said good health can be achieved by adopting the right behaviours like eating a balanced diet, exercising and by positive thinking.

Mr Oroh also commended customers for their loyalty and unflinching support in doing business with the bank over the years, adding that the bank believes in the innovative products and services they offer to their cherished customers.

He said within the year, the bank had partnered institutions like expressPay to launch Bank Direct, Vivo Energy to launch Ezypass visa prepaid fuel card and GlobalPay.

These products in addition to other services rolled out by the bank have enabled Zenith Bank to differentiate itself from competition and have added significant value to the lives of its customers.

“We firmly believe that you, our cherished customers are the reason for our success and we want to assure you that we will always act in your best interest,” he added.

The walk started at the Accra Sports Stadium, through the John Evans Atta Mills High Street, the Accra Metropolitan Assembly through Makola, Adabraka and some major streets of the capital and ended at the stadium.

It was supported by staff of Kasapreko Company Limited, Ashfoam, Toyota Ghana Limited, Nestlé, Promasidor, PZ Cussions Ghana Limited, Del Hospital, C and J Medicare and Stallion Group of Companies.
