President Nana Akufo-Addo has noted some 68,591 samples have been tested so far for coronavirus.
He made this known in his address to the nation on Sunday.
He says the tests and contract tracing has helped government determine the hotspots.
Ghana is leading country in the mass testing for Covid-19 in Africa.
