Lovers of stand-up comedy will on Saturday, August 13 witness a historic comedy show dubbed ‘Classics & Comedy Show’ by Ghana’s most hilarious comedians, Kwaku Sintim Misa, aka KSM, DKB, Foster Ramanus and Ajeezay at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
The comedy will feature upcoming comedians such as I.D James Brown, Khemikals, Lekzy, T Kay and Longsam from Nigeria.
Being a surprise package for comedy fans this weekend, the organisers have promised that the show will live up to its reputation.
The comedians billed for the event are expected to put up some attention-grabbing and rib-cracking performances alongside other side attractions.
The show which kicks off at 8:00pm prompt is expected to attract a large number of comedy and music fans.
There will be extraordinary live musical performances from Addaquay, the master keyboardist, with support from the Glorious Philharmonic Choir and Grace Chorale International, Prince Oneday (MTN Hitmaker Season 5 finalist), Shakes and Six Strings as well as Nana Asaase will provide poetry for the event.
‘Classics & Comedy Show’ promises to be that one event where lovers of stand-up comedy will have a lot more to laugh and cheer about. Audiences are assured of resounding memories of the night long after they have left the AICC on August 13.
According to the organisers, the ‘Classics & Comedy Show’ is a special event that targets the upper class and middle class of society who appreciate great classical and acoustic music fused with great comedy.
