Ghana FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi is backing Wa All Stars to win the country’s top-flight league this season.
The Wa-based side are on top of the table with six games to end the season.
All Stars have impressed heavily this season, culminating in a massive self-belief that they could clinch a historic Premier League crown this term.
And the country’s football federation president, who doubles as the owner of the club has backed his side to win the ultimate.
“We should see a new winner for the league every year,” he told Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.
“I wish that Wa All Stars could win the league and also next season another unknown side will win the league and it continues like that so that it doesn’t become two or three horse race.”
