Ghana forward Asamoah Gyan will miss the 2018 World Cup showdown against Egypt on 13 November.
The Black Stars captain is not expected to recover timeously from the knock he picked up while training with his club on Tuesday.
Egypt will host the Black Stars at Alexandria’s Borg El-Arab Stadium.
