Five Vodafone subscribers have received cash prizes totaling GH?50,000 for accumulating the most points at the end of the second month of the ‘Yee Twi K?’ promotion at a ceremony in Takoradi.
Toufiq Mustapha, a businessman, won the grand prize of GH?30,000, while Osei Kwame, Mallam Haruna, Amin Abrahim and Emmaunel Arhin Arthur, each received GH?5,000.
The ‘Yee Twi K?’ promo is Vodafone’s way of showing appreciation to its loyal customers for their continuous support, patronage and celebrate the progress it has made in the telecom sector over the past years.
The ‘Yee Twi’ promotion, which started in September, this year, is expected to end by December 31, this year, with the ultimate winner receiving GH?150,000.
Richmond Asante, Head of Mass Marketing of Vodafone, noted that the company was committed to customer satisfaction and rewards through the various social initiatives to enhance relationship and brand’s image.
“Rewarding and appreciating our customers for their role in the success and continuity of our business is an endless cycle at Vodafone.
“We will continue to look for innovative ways to impact their lives,” he indicated.
He said Vodafone has rewarded over 240,000 customers since the launch of the promotion, adding that “of course, the impact goes beyond this number, as it affects the families of these winners, their businesses and ultimately their communities.”
“We are giving away exciting cash and airtime prizes worth over GH?2.5 million to over 750, 000 customers over a period of 90 days.”
“The ultimate winner will walk away with GH?150,000, and the five other customers will walk away with GH?10,000 each,” he explained.
