Mr Kwame Asuah Takyi
Some 31 senior officers of the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) have been re-assigned from their various regional and district posts.
A statement dated May 23, 2017 signed by Comptroller-General of the Immigration Service, Kwame Asuah Takyi, indicates that the re-assignments take immediate effect.
Mr Asuah Takyi was named by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the boss of the Immigration Service on March 14, 2017.
Prior to his nomination, Mr. Takyi was the acting Deputy Director in-charge of Legal Affairs.
