Pawa House Innovation, in collaboration with the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), will on Saturday, September 30 host an event dubbed ‘Super Natural Show’ at the T-Havana Gardens in Tema.

The maiden edition of the Super Natural Show and exhibition which seeks to celebrate natural Ghanaian and African women is expected to attract people from all walks of life, including fashion designers, models and industry stakeholders.

According to the organisers, “We are essentially promoting natural hair, beauty and healthy lifestyle. The ultimate goal of the event is to create the awareness for the African woman and society as a whole to shake off their inferiority complex and be proud of their natural God-given beauty and culture in order to portray a positive image about the African identity to the outside world.”

Some of the activities scheduled to take place during the event include the natural made-in-Ghana exhibition and bazaar, Miss Super Natural Beauty pageant, where only contestants with natural hair and natural skin tone would be allowed to contest.

The winner of the pageant will be crowned Miss Super Natural Ghana 2017 and will be engaged to host a TV programme dubbed ‘Super Natural TV Show’ to promote African natural lifestyle in all angles, as well as a natural African ambassador for Ghana.

There will be live musical performances from some selected Ghanaian hiplife, highlife and Afro-pop artistes to entertain fans who will grace the event.
