Ghana is to begin stage one of its easing on June 5, 2020.
President Nana Akufo-Addo announced this on Sunday, May 31.
His announcement came with conditions.
He says the Ministry of Religious Affairs will come out with specific guidelines for the reopening of churches.
He said maximum duration of one hour for each services.
He added that maximum number of 100 congregants should adhered to.
Mandatory one meter rule among congregants, he added.
There has been consultations with a wide range of groups including religious bodies, sports groups, he said
