Togbe Ghana
Ghanaian dancehall artiste, David Kumordzie, popularly known as Togbe Ghana, will storm Chenku Waterfall at Dodowa this weekend with his friends to entertain music fans.
The event, which forms part of activities lined up to climax this year’s Dodowa Festival, will take place on Saturday, October 9 and Sunday, October 10, 2021.
It is being organised by Togbe Ghana to celebrate Ghanaian music and promote culture and tourism, and also give music fans the opportunity to party with their friends, loved ones and favourite stars.
The two-day event will be packaged to give artistes on the bill and music fans a memorable occasion that goes beyond dishing out thrilling performances.
It will also serve as a platform for some selected up-and-coming local artistes to prove their worth on stage in the presence of hundreds of music lovers.
Before the musical show at the Chenku Waterfall, Togbe Ghana and friends will organise a cleanup exercise in some selected communities in Dodowa as well as make a donation at the Potter’s Village Orphanage.
Togbe Ghana and friends will use their visit to the Potter’s Village to educate the children, inspire them and also put smiles on their faces.
There will also be after party jam at the Warm Up Pub to entertain pub and club goers.
Togbe Ghana together with his partners, have in the past, hosted a number of events, including cleanup exercises at Teshie beach, Prampram beach, Jamestown beach, Labadi beach, Tawala beach, Village beach and many others.
He appealed to individuals and organisations, to support the cleanup exercises, and to help in keeping the city clean.
