CHIEF EXECUTIVE of Jogobu Limited, Blaise Kudatugu, has urged businesses to embrace the JCLSoft with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to enhance efficiency and productivity at the workplace.
He said the JCLSoft technology will help enhance the competitive edge of businesses in the market.
While RFID technology may initially be expensive to implement, he said it helps to reduce costs in the long run as an updated system would eventually pay off, leading to more productivity and increased earnings.
Speaking at the company’s annual conference recently in Accra to demonstrate the capabilities of the software as well as its hardware components, Mr. Kudatugu said the IT solutions offered assets management as well as documents management, inventory management, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) solution and GoTime Cloud.
The company’s executive team demonstrated and explained the adoption of the system saying it enabled companies to control, monitor, trace and have a full visibility of assets and inventory that would helped minimise theft in various offices and warehouses.
“It also gives real-time, accurate data to optimise the supply chains, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences,” Mr. Kudatugu added
The CEO said the software also allowed easy reconciliation of what had been brought in and taken out (inbound & outbound, stock movements, replenishments), among others.
“It is easy to tell who is doing what and at what time,” he said adding that document management, traceability and retrieval was made easy.
He mentioned that the company was ready to provide professional after-sales advice for customers to realise the full benefits of the technology.
