NPP Manifesto Launch Underway In Takoradi

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) kicked off its manifesto launch with a massive health walk in Sekondi-Takoradi, the Western Regional Capital.

Thousands of supporters joined the walk, which ended with speeches from various individuals, including the party’s vice presidential running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh.

The manifesto which will be unveiled this afternoon, Sunday, August 18, at the GTS Campus promises to focus heavily on job creation and the digitization of the economy.

An eleven-member committee, set up by the NPP General Secretary, Justin Kodua Frimpong, has planned and executed the launch event.

The health walk and manifesto launch are seen as a show of strength by the NPP ahead of the 2024 elections.

The party has announced a focus on job creation and economic digitization, key areas of concern for many Ghanaians.
