DORMAA CANDY Ladies have been crowned champions of the 2024/25 Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association (BARFA) Women’s Division One League after a dominant and consistent campaign.
The Dormaa-based side sealed the title with an impressive run, showcasing tactical discipline and attacking flair to finish top of the standings. Their triumph earns them a place in the upcoming zonal championship, where they will compete for a spot in the Women’s Premier League.
This victory marks a major milestone for the club, reflecting the vision of its leadership, the technical team’s strategy, and the determination of its players.
Brong Ahafo RFA Chairman, Dr. Antoh, congratulated the team and encouraged them to prepare for the next phase. As champions, Dormaa Candy Ladies now carry the pride of the region and look to continue their rise in Ghanaian women’s football.
