The ‘Women of Valour’ initiative, a brainchild of Ghanaian media personality Nana Aba Anamoah, will bring together women, girls, and men, all united by a common purpose: the pursuit of fearlessness.

Nana Aba Anamoah, speaking at the launch, emphasised that the event’s theme, “The Pursuit of Fearlessness,” is intricately linked to the assurance of safety, particularly for the more vulnerable members of society – women and children.

“We can’t pursue fearlessness when safety is not assured,” she stressed, highlighting the initiative’s focus on creating safe spaces. Her words set the tone for a meaningful discussion on the role of media, policymakers, and activists in promoting safety and empowerment.
