The victim
A woman, identified as Sweety, has reportedly inflicted razor blade wounds on her husband at Gbi-Avega, a community in the Hohoe Municipality of the Volta Region.
According to reports, the suspect fled the scene on a waiting motorcycle shortly after the attack.
The incident happened while the victim, known as Martin, was escorting Sweety to his house to pick up the rest of her belongings after their separation two weeks earlier.
According to Crime Check report, the couple have two children, one aged three years and the other a little over a year.
The victim is currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Meanwhile, reports indicate that the police have launched a manhunt for Sweety.
