Organisers of the 10th edition of the Beauty, Cosmetics & Wellness West Africa event have announced plans for Legacy Expo 2026, marking a decade of impact in Africa’s beauty and wellness industry.
The event is scheduled to take place from June 3 to 5, 2026, at the UPSA Auditorium under the theme “10 Years of Impact: The Legacy Era.” It is expected to bring together leading brands, entrepreneurs, investors, creatives and policymakers from across Africa and beyond.
Previously known as the Africa Makeup & Beauty (AMB) Fair, the platform has grown since its launch in 2016 into one of the continent’s largest trade exhibitions in the beauty, cosmetics and wellness sectors.
Organisers say the 2026 edition will host more than 300 exhibitors and attract over 1,000 industry professionals and stakeholders, including participants from countries such as South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, Nigeria and India.
The three-day event will feature a range of activities, including discounted sales for attendees, business networking sessions, and business-to-business matchmaking opportunities.
It will also include panel discussions on industry trends, innovation and sustainability, as well as product exhibitions, live demonstrations and startup pitch sessions aimed at supporting emerging entrepreneurs.
Speaking ahead of the event, organisers described the milestone edition as both a celebration of past achievements and a platform for future growth in the sector.
They added that the expo continues to strengthen Ghana’s position as a gateway for trade and investment within the ECOWAS region through partnerships with international organisations, including collaborations involving Makeup Ghana and ACE Group from India and Dubai.
Attendance at Legacy Expo 2026 will be free, offering participants access to industry insights, networking opportunities and promotional deals.
