Brimahs Donate To Alajo Orphanage

The children of Rahmah Islamic School in Alajo, Accra were recipients of an assortment of items and an amount of GH¢2,000.

The donation was made by representatives of the Brimah Clan of Accra as part of the 111th anniversary of the passing of their progenitor.

Leading the delegation was Hajia Kudirat Brimah, who said the gesture follows an earlier session of prayers for the departed personality who was the first head of the Islamic community in Accra, an appointment bestowed upon him by King Tackie Tawiah I.

The Rahmah Islamic School is an orphanage which operates on donations from the public. Some of their products have already completed tertiary education and gainfully employed.
