A 27-year-old self-styled spiritualist has been arrested at Atiaa near Lamptey Mills, Kasoa, in the Ga South Municipality for allegedly attempting to abduct an 11-year-old girl for ritual purposes.

The suspect, identified only as “C Prof”, was reportedly seen dragging the girl into an uncompleted building believed to be his shrine. According to residents, the girl’s cries from inside the building drew their attention.
