An early morning downpour has caused accident on the Accra-Tema motorway.
The accident involving an articulated truck which has blocked the Tema-Accra stretch of the expressway caused huge vehicular traffic to commuters.
However, security officials were making frantic efforts to clear the expressway for free flow of traffic.
