Afro-Arab Boss Honoured In Nairobi

The Founder and President of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies was honoured in Nairobi, Kenya recently for excelling in the transformation of lives and the harnessing of affordable housing for the lower income bracket of society.

The event was this year’s Under 40 Africa Awards ceremony held at the Eastern Africa city’s prestigious Radisson Blu Hotel.

Gracing the event were influential business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the African continent.

Alhaji Abdul Salam’s award was a recognition of his feat in the construction sector.

His success in the Real Estate Development and Construction category stands him apart from his competitors from South Africa, Tanzania, and Kenya.

He recently announced his intention to acquire the abandoned Saglemi Housing Project and turn it into a productive venture should he be given the opportunity.

Under the banner of Afro-Arab Properties and Construction, Amadu introduced a groundbreaking policy allowing Ghanaians to own homes without interest, with a flexible payment plan spread over five years.

The Afro-Arab Properties has already built over 100 homes in Ghana and earning a place among the respectable ventures in the industry.
