AIRTELTIGO, telecommunications company, has launched a communication service dubbed, AirtelTigo Business, to provide end-to-end communication solutions to other business firms to help them grow.
The AirtelTigo Business is fashioned to provide tailor-made solutions for specific needs of small, medium and enterprise, corporate, educational institutions and government agencies to expand and remain profitable.
With the slogan, “Making Business Simple”, AirtelTigo Business will offer communication solutions, including mobile voice and data, fixed lines, internet connectivity, hosting and managed services among others.
Speaking at the launch of AirtelTigo Business last Friday, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) AirtilTigo, Mitwa KaembaNg’Ambi, pointed out that the rationale behind the establishment of AirtelTigo Business is to help businesses stay competitive, be more efficient and agile, be innovative and grow within the fast-changing trends in the business world.
She also disclosed that AirtelTigo Business’s connectivity solutions cover not only Ghana but Africa, adding that the company will also leverage the infrastructure of its two parent companies- Bharti Airtel and Millicom- to give businesses the best telecommunications network experience.
According to her, emerging enterprises are the key growth drivers for the economy and the company identifies an immense opportunity in serving not only well-established corporations and government agencies but small and medium enterprises.
“It’s our obligation to ensure that businesses are set up for success by having a solid communication platform, and we believe that we are your partner in helping you find ways to evolve to be better and to do better,” she added.
Ms. Ng’Ambi revealed that the AirtelTigo Business Services harnesses the capacity to connect offices spread across the country, provides mobile packages to staff of companies and can also host servers in their data centre, among others.
The Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah, commended AirtelTigo for introducing AirtelTigo Business to help businesses realise their full potential.
He said that the Ministry of Trade and Industry, with its allied agencies and partners, would support business initiatives to create jobs and transform communities.
“The government will continue to support individuals, SMEs and other businesses to adopt ICT solutions so they enhance their business operations to contribute to the growth of the economy,” he added.
