Fuse ODG
Nana Richard Abiona, popularly known as Fuse ODG, has composed a song for AirtelTigo.
Titled ‘Fuse Bundle Song’, the song is the official theme song for the company’s product, Fuse Bundle, which is an all-in-one product that offers customers unlimited period to browse the internet and make calls to all other networks.
The composition of the song was part of the Fuse Bundle campaign strategy to connect customers to both the functional and emotional traits of AirtelTigo brand.
An unveiling ceremony of the song which had a choreographed signature dance was held in Accra on Friday, September 27, 2019.
Speaking in a live chat from his residence in London, the artiste expressed his delight at composing a song for the company for the first time, thereby, declaring his utmost love for the song and describing the experience of composing the song as memorable.
“I am very proud to be part of this campaign, especially because it’s called the Fuse Bundle. What a blessing! I am excited to see this partnership grow and for us to do more projects together,” Fuse ODG said.
The Chief Finance Officer at AirtelTigo, Prince Acheampong, described the Fuse Bundle product as part of the company’s commitment to its brand promise of making life simple for customers.
He further described Fuse ODG as innovative, passionate and influential person who was helping young people realise their aspirations.
“His talent is truly immense and without a doubt one of the biggest music exports from the shores of West Africa to the world. His unique artistry which embodies the spirit of Ghana resonates with our brand promise. We believe that music is a medium that connects seamlessly, and our association with Fuse 006 is an exciting step in that direction,” Mr. Acheampong said.
