Cecilia Marfo
Evangelist Cecilia Marfo has launched two albums to mark her successful 18th studio album within a period of 21 years in the gospel music ministry.
The two albums— ‘Osoro Adoma Rewoso Ayeyie’ and ‘Nea Wo Be Fa Masem’— were launched on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the Cecilia Marfo Worship Conference Centre, popularly known as ‘Osoree Fie’ auditorium at Mataheko first bridge.
Over 2,000 people dressed in blue and white outfits from across Ghana attended the ceremony to also help celebrate Jesus for his miraculous works over decades.
Various gospel ministers, high-profile pastors and dignitaries from different churches were also present to grace the august occasion.
Cecilia released her first praise and worship album ‘Mere Hwihwe Wo’ in 1998, followed by ‘Manwonsaso’ in 2010, then ‘Afunumba’, ‘Nadokyi’, ‘I Just Praise’, ‘Medawase’, ‘Medeogya Bediwanim’, among others.
The two new albums, according to Cecilia, would transform numerous lives and set the captives free.
“I will continue to raise the flag of Christ, preach the true gospel and most of all worship my Maker who has called me into the ministry until the day he would call me to rest in his bosom,” she added.
The album launch was powered by I Am Records, owned by Mr. Clement Kofi Yeboah Adupedie, who is also handling promotion and distribution of the new albums nationwide.
