A delegation from the Daily Guide last Wednesday visited the Qodesh Temple, headquarters of the Lighthouse Group of Churches in Accra to console with Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, founder and presiding bishop of the church, on the death of his son.
The delegation was made up of Fortune Alimi, Executive Editor, leader of the team, Samuel Boadi, Editor, Daily Guide and A.R. Gomda, Chief News Editor.
Receiving the delegation on behalf of Bishop Dag Heward-Mills was Archbishop Kwesi Ampofo, who expressed gratitude for the visit.
The Archbishop told the delegation that a service would be held at Anagkazo Centre on May 3, 2022 at Akwapim Mampong. Another service would be held at Houston, Texas, USA on May 7, 2022.
The book of condolence currently at the centre was signed on behalf of the delegation by A.R. Gomda.
Dr. David Heward-Mills died in the United States at the age of 31 after a short illness.
David worked as a resident physician at Prisma Health, Columbia, US, for almost two years.
He was a Research Physician at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Galveston.
