Rabby Bray and Adjetey Anang
New Ghanaian movie, ‘Drops of Happiness’, produced by actress Rabby Bray, will premiere at the Silverbid Cinemas in Accra on April 30.
All roads are expected to lead to the cinemas to see the new movie, which features some of Ghana’s most celebrated acting faces.
Among them are Adjetey Anang, Fiifi Coleman, Qwesi Blay, and Zaaki Adams.
‘Drops of Happiness’ is a tale of love, betrayal, and crime. It also focuses on the pressure of unemployment and family demands on modern day professionals.
Producer Rabby Bray indicated that the production team encountered a lot of challenges while filming.
“At a point, we even had to pay the accumulated light bill for one of the houses we were shooting at, because there wasn’t any light, and we were not aware until last minute,” she disclosed.
Rabby played the role of ‘Abena’, who is caught in a dilemma to opt out of her marriage with ‘Nii Lantey’, played by Adjetey Anang, or not.
On April 30, large numbers of movie enthusiasts are expected to join its premiere at the Silverbird Cinemas.
