Award-winning Ghanaian female rapper, Eno Barony, has released a brand new single titled ‘Mommy’.
The song, which was released on Mother’s Day, is dedicated to all women (mothers) around the world.
According to Eno, every Mother’s Day she always cries because her mom is not alive for her to celebrate her. She, however, stated that she was comforted in recording the song to appreciate all mothers.
“I cry every Mother’s Day because I always wish my mummy was alive to flaunt her too. But I found peace in my heart after being able to record this song for all mothers. Appreciate your mama whiles she is alive because it’s not easy to live without a mother,” she said when she posted snippets of a video for the song.
