The CEO of Florence Ababio Ministries has announced that the music reality show dubbed “The Gospel Talent Show” will soon be hosted.
She claims that the purpose of the reality program is to provide up-and-coming musicians the once-in-a-lifetime chance to exhibit their skills and make a significant break into the wider gospel music scene.
She said the show’s auditions will take place in Accra and Kumasi, and that the dates and location of the auditions will be disclosed during the event’s official Accra debut.
She claims that following the audition, 50 contestants will be chosen to compete every Sunday for 13 weeks, with the opportunity for fans and followers of the participants to cast their votes.
Florence Ababio mentioned that the judges on the show would have to counsel, evaluate, and direct the contestants. The judges won’t be able to vote, though.
She states that there will be two parts to the show: the first will include their own songs, and the second will require them to sing songs by other artists.
He said that the winners would receive deals for artist management and music promotions.
