Ghanalinx Media Group
Canada based Ghanalinx Media Group, in collaboration with the Ghanaian Canadian Association of Ontario, will host a virtual concert to raise funds to assist the needy in Ghana.
The concert is being organized to raise funds online to contribute towards the ongoing Covid-19 relief initiatives in some selected communities in the country.
Slated for this Saturday, the concert would be streamed on YouTube and Facebook via GhanalinxTV, GhanaCanTV and other social media platforms in Ghana, Canada, USA and Jamaica.
Artistes billed to perform at the event included Kofi Mante, Beella Tee, Slim Flex, DJ King Bizzy, Kwame Vista, Daisy Agyemang, Felix Baffour and a host of others.
The organizers said the concert was also aimed at providing entertainment for families at home during these challenging times.
Proceeds from the fund raising activities will be used to secure personal protective equipments (PPEs) and food items among others, which will be presented to frontline workers and other vulnerable people in our community.
