Gospel artiste Rita Nkansah, known in the gospel music scene as Rita Queen, has placed an amount of GH¢300 each week on board to fans who can sing along to her new single, which is already on the playlist of many radio and television stations across the country.
According to her, it forms part of showing appreciation to her fans across the country who have accepted her brand.
“The process is that simple, go online and download my latest single titled, ‘He Reigns’. Record a short video of yourself singing or dancing to the song. Tag me on Facebook and Instagram, my handles are Ritaqueen Music,” she said.
She indicated that at the end of every week her team would select one person who was able to sing along to the song and they would receive the cash prize.
“I want to show appreciation to the Ghanaian community, especially my fans who have supported me,” she said.
According to her, her goal is to win souls for God as well as “to preach the salvation of Christ.”
Rita Queen, a health worker, has chosen to heal people by preaching the word of God through music.
Her hit single titled, ‘He Reigns’, which projects God’s goodness, is making waves on social media including YouTube.
The ‘He Reign’ singer said although the job of a health worker was time consuming, she was still committed to dedicating more time to her music in line with her mission of “healing the downhearted.”
“Personally, I think that being a health worker and a musician have a similar calling which is to heal. While medicine heals physically, music heals the soul and so both improve the wellbeing of people,” she stated.
