The Greater Accra Regional Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Prince Obeng, on Thursday, May 5, 2022, donated a minibus to Constituency Organizers within his region at a short ceremony in Accra.
The bus, according to Prince Obeng, is to provide commercial services, with the proceeds, being used to providing welfare support to the 34 constituency organizers of the party in the region.
“As constituency organizers, you play a vital role in the party’s operations, and you must get a welfare package which will cushion you to work harder going into election 2024. For me as your leader in the region, l will at all times seek your interest so that we can collectively work harder to make Greater Accra a stronghold of the NPP”, Mr. Obeng emphasized.
Receiving the keys to the vehicle on behalf of his colleagues, the constituency organizer for Okaikoi North, Kwabena Amoako expressed profound appreciation to Prince Obeng and assured him of their resolve to put the bus into good use.
Present at the ceremony were Simon Sekyim, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ga-North, Jeff Kassim Abdallah, aspiring NASARA Coordinator for Greater Accra, and a host of others.
