Priscilla Opoku Agyeman a.k.a Ahuofe Patricia
Actress, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, popularly known as Ahuofe Patricia, has revealed that marriage is currently not a priority for her.
The actress said although she sometimes feels lonely, especially following the death of her mother, she would rather have a child than rush into marriage.
Speaking on Okay FM with Nana Romeo, Ahuofe Patricia said the increasing number of divorce stories she encounters has made her cautious about marriage.
“It gets very lonely, and at this point, I wish for anything, a child, but not a man. I wish I had a child,” she said.
She wants to give her future child a stable, strong foundation, which is why she isn’t ready to marry simply to settle down.
Ahuofe Patricia explained that she has not had a child because she has not yet met a man whose intentions align with hers.
“I haven’t met the man who wants to impregnate me. The person’s actions and attitude would make me notice whether he wants to take me seriously and settle down,” she stated.
The actress, however, stressed that she remains open to marriage if the right man comes along.
“I am not really motivated to get married right now. There are a lot of things that scare me. I know someone who got married for only three weeks,” she said.
She further disclosed that she is a virgin, adding that she wants to be certain about the foundation she will provide for her future child before taking any major step.
