Kotoko Win At Last …Olympics Continue Revival Campaign

Asante Kotoko yesterday returned from the Harbour City, Tema unscathed, grabbing all points to end their many weeks of scoreless streak.

It was Manager Steve Pollack’s first league win in a week after an FA Cup 1-0 triumph last week.

Baba Mahama’s second half strike was enough to deny the home side who were in charge in the entire first half.

The Youth rediscovered their rhythm in the latter stages but failed in the few probes they embarked on to the visitors vital area.

On Saturday, Great Olympics continued their revival mission with a 1-0 win over Chelsea in Accra to restart the league on a good footing.

Substitute Coffie Bekoe made good use of few scoring chances that came the way of the Wonder Club in the 59th minute.
