Kuami Eugene Survives Terrifying Car Crash At Achimota N1

 

Musician Kuami Eugene was Sunday night involved in a harrowing accident that left him and a passenger injured.

The artist narrowly escaped death when he crashed his Range Rover into a broken down tipper truck.

The accident occurred near the CP area, just after the Achimota Overhead towards the Dzorwulu traffic light at about 11:30 pm.

Among eyewitnesses at the scene was ModernGhana editor Emmanuel Ajarfor, who had been driving behind Kuami Eugene’s vehicle and rushed to offer assistance.

“I was behind them so I stopped and rushed to rescue them; that was when I realized it was Kuami Eugene,” Emmanuel recounted, reflecting on the swift action he took to aid the musician and his male passenger.

Despite sustaining injuries in the crash, including a broken wrist and a deep cut on his right hand, Kuami Eugene’s condition is reported to be stable.

Emmanuel narrated that he organized transportation to convey them to the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC) for treatment.

He also ensured that authorities were promptly notified, with the Achimota Police dispatched to the scene to assess the situation and manage traffic.
