A 46-year-old man from Kwame Danso in the Brong Ahafo Region, John Nketia, has been arrested by the police for operating a clinic and a chemical shop in his bedroom and without a license.
John who was arrested on Thursday around 7:30am by the Kwame Danso Police also had in his possession a pump action gun, a large quantity of assaulted drugs, syringes and six live cartridges found in his room when the room was searched.
All the items have been retrieved by the police, while he is in police custody helping in investigations.
ASP Christopher Tawiah, Brong Ahafo Police spokesman, told DAILY GUIDE the suspect has been operating for some time now under cover. But, upon a tip-off, he was arrested by the police, and he is currently helping the police to determine if unsuspecting patients had died or suffered complications from his nefarious activities.
