An iconic multipurpose complex, Mirage Residence, has been unveiled at the Airport Residential Area, one of Ghana’s prime locations.
The owners of the plush 18-storey building have targeted the upper and middle income earners.
Located near the Association International School at Airport Residential Area in Accra, Mirage Residence comes with hotel rooms, single and two bedroom apartments, swimming pool, pharmacy, barbering shop, space for parties, gym, café and restaurant, business lounge, a designated car park, with breathtaking exterior and interior decoration.
Speaking at the launch on Thursday, Chairman of the Yagmur Group and owner of Mirage Residence, Osman Karatas, said the building seeks to offer users world-class hospitality comparable to those available in Dubai and US.
He said “In Dubai, in London, in Istanbul, if you have a flat, you have all facilities, but in Ghana it has only four walls. No social amenities.”
Construction of Mirage Residence started from February 2017 to April 2019.
The Yagmur Group was founded by Mr. Karatas, a Turkish businessman with about 27 years of experience in the construction industry.
The group is into real estates in Ghana and Turkey to improve lives.
Currently Yagmur Group has investments in Turkey and Ghana, and is extending its expertise in the development of buildings internationally.
The Group’s developments in Ghana, according to Mr. Karatas, include Turquaz Residence, a 10-storey apartment building at Airport Residential Area, which has been occupied since June 2014.
He said the group has also developed the Bosphorous Restaurant at Labone and Police Mosque at Cantonments both in Accra.
