Mischievous Morale Measurer

Samuel Ablakwa Okudzeto

Nobody understands the state of a room better than the one occupying its space. Those who claim to know the state of the morale of the Armed Forces are definitely on a mischievous mission.

Of the many MPs in the country there is one whose inclination towards mischief and a dangerous one for that matter is unsurpassed. He is the North Tongu representative in the House Of Parliament Samuel Ablakwa Okudzeto.

For a man who claims to love his country and would want to be counted among local patriots it is ironic that he would embark on the path of painting a picture of the state of the Ghana Armed Forces with a devil’s brush. As a picture far from the reality he deserves all the harsh invectives available for persons of his ilk.

Only a mischievous-minded person who knows next to nothing about the Armed Forces would want to claim that the morale of troops is low as he is doing.

The objective of such nonsense which is to incite the troops is an unproductive project whose objective is too clear to be overlooked.

It would be appropriate at this time to let the MP know that his regime change project will not come to pass regardless of the fact it is shared by his P(NDC).

Ghana has gone true ample political traumas and would not pass through that path again no matter hard the North Tongu MP tries to throw spanners into the works to achieve.

Countries and even individuals learn from their harsh political histories or pasts. We the people of this country have learnt from the unproductiveness of the P(NDC) coup and resolved that never again shall we allow a bunch of liars to trigger a violent regime change in this country.

Those who have double attitude towards Papavi and his Western Togoland agenda are known to most Ghanaians no matter how they cleverly cover their tracks.

By their political deeds we shall know them and deal with them accordingly.

When a politician of the mould of Samuel Okudjeto Ablakwa becomes a determinant of the level of morale of soldiers we should not spare him the naming and shaming template.

The MP under review is so hypocritical that he does not meet the integrity standards to represent a constituency   yet he is doing so.

He traveled by the Presidential Jet to Abuja when he could have done so by a commercial one of course at a lower cost to the state. The same aircraft returned to pick him for a return trip to the country. This same person turns round to talk about a crap about airmen angry that the Commander-In-Chief prefers foreign airline flown by foreigners.

Some MPs and their inclinations can be worrisome.
