The contestants in a pose
Contestants of Miss Akwaaba Season 3 will battle each other for the crown at the finals of the event scheduled for August 11 at the National Theatre in Accra.
But the question lingering on the minds of the show’s fans is: who takes over from last year’s winner Queen Naa Borkor?
There certainly would not be a dull moment when the eight finalists mount the stage in an attempt to outdo each other to win the ultimate prize.
The night promises to be fun-packed and witness the usual pomp and pageantry associated with the beauty show.
The organisers of the event, Ceejay Multimedia, on July 19 unveiled the prize car for the winner at a ceremony held at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park in Accra.

The organisers revealed that the ultimate winner will take home a car plus a cash prize of GH¢10,000, adding that the first and second runners-up take home GH¢7,000 and GH¢5,000 respectively.
The final event would be a night of beauty, intelligence and music, a night where eight young beautiful ladies would compete for the ultimate Miss Akwaaba Season 3 crown.
The final event is expected to attract a large number of personalities which include music stakeholders as well as beauty pageant fans.
