Miss Kidi contestants on stage
The season four of Miss Kidi Ghana took off in style with spectacular displays from contestants last Sunday in Accra.
Two of the 30 delegates hit the end of the road after failing to meet expectations of judges – Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum, Mimi Andani and Konadu Idun in their respective cultural performances.
And as the season hits week two this weekend, the 28 will battle for honours in their various talent performance.
CEO of ASKOF Productions Limited, organisers of the event, Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum stated after the event, “It’s been amazing, the demonstration of rich cultural display was amazing. I congratulate all the delegates and their parents for their efforts.
“The coming weekend is a talent show, and if what we saw today is anything to go by then, we will be in for a treat this weekend on Lifestyle channel.”
Preceding the show was a grand durbar where the 30 contestants demonstrated brilliance in their various performances.
At stake for winners of the fast growing show emceed by Queen Akyiaa of GMB fame are international trip, educational materials and other goodies from sponsors.
