MTN Ghana has presented a cheque for GH¢100,000.00 and hamper to support the 20th anniversary of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
The donation was made when executives and staff of MTN Ghana, led by Selorm Adadevoh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
Upon receiving the cash donation, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II commended MTN for its continued support to the Manhyia Palace over the years and expressed his profound gratitude for the gesture.
He also commended MTN for its consistency in service delivery and further urged MTN to continue to invest in CSI to transform lives.
The Asantehene also urged MTN to invest in the development of a network that guarantees quality service to delight its subscribers.
MTN has maintained good relations with the Asantehene and Asanteman all these years.
The company has created regional festivals for all the regions and this includes Ashantifest.
As part of its community investments, many projects, including the Palm Oil Processing Center and the renovated training pitch for Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football Club, which would soon be commissioned, have been initiated.
