President Nana Akufo-Addo
PRESIDENT NANA Akufo-Addo is scheduled to deliver the State Of the Nation Address (SONA) come February 21, 2019.
This will be the third of its kind for the President since he assumed office on January 7, 2017.
He is expected to use the occasion in Parliament to update the citizenry on what his government has been doing over the last year.
The State of the Nation is an annual address to Parliament given by the President of the republic of Ghana covering economic, social, and financial state of the country.
It is in accordance with Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana .
