The National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary primaries in the Nkwanta South Constituency has been delayed due to heavy downpour.
About 1,173 delegates are expected to vote in that Constituency.
The downpour notwithstanding, officials of the Electoral Commission have arrived in the Constituency with election materials.
