Ras Mubarak
Ras Mubarak has lost his bid to lead the National Democratic Congress again in the Kumbungu Constituency.
He secured 273 votes in today’s parliamentary primaries as against Dr Hamza Adam’s 401 votes.
Another contender, Baba, had 81 votes.
There were nine rejected votes in all.
