NDC Sugar Daddy Hot Over Mzbel & Tracey Boakye

Tracey Boakye and Mzbel

The sugar daddy at the centre of the brouhaha between Mzbel and actress Tracey Boakye has been confirmed to be a ‘big man’ in the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

This deflates earlier rumours that the two ‘NDC celebrities’ are fighting over ex-President John Mahama.

Sources have told NEWS-ONE that the alleged man is in hot water at the moment because Ghanaians are seeking to unravel his true identity.

His marriage may be on the line if it becomes glaring that he is reason the two showbiz personalities have been engaging in a verbal war.

Both Tracey Boakye and Mzbel have been trending on social media since last week over the said married man they are both dating.

Tracey Boakye, in a fit of rage, labelled Mzbel as a “foolish old woman, an animal” and went further to talk about the singer’s private parts which she claimed have grown grey hair, because she alleged Mzbel is sharing a man with her.

Many people have since been digging into his identity.

“Which rich man has gone to enjoy himself and we are suffering now…Why is he hiding?” Mark Okraku Mantey, president of Creative Arts Council of Ghana, asked on Hitz FM on Tuesday when he spoke about the issue and the need for showbiz personalities to check how they behave on public platforms.

Last week, there were wild speculations by some social media users that John Mahama may be the alleged man, but NEWS-ONE‘s check has revealed otherwise.

Rather, fingers are being pointed at a very popular figure in NDC, whose name is currently being withheld. According to reports, the ‘big man’ occupied a leading position in Mahama’s government.

Meanwhile, the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) has indefinitely suspended Tracey Boakye.

According to a statement signed by FIPAG’s President James Aboagye, Tracey’s recent social media outburst is deemed an “affront to our Ghanaian cultures, traditions, ethics and sensibilities.”

The statement added that Tracey Boakye is “not supposed to take part in any of the activities during this period until the situation is reviewed.”

But in a reaction, Tracey indicated that she is not a member of FIPAG and, therefore, cannot be suspended.
