Awards scheme focused on honouring hard-working individuals in the entertainment sector, Time Ghana Arts & Entertainment Awards (TGAEA) has unveiled nominations for this year’s event.
The fourth of its kind, the award is slated for October 7, 2022 at the National Theatre Exhibition Hall under the theme; ‘Love& Unity’.
It will see top creative arts players compete in 45 categories of the scheme.
The founder of the scheme, Cecilia Gyase Konamah affectionately called Abena Ghana expressed appreciation to the National Commission on Culture for partnering with them for the best.
She further thanked Time Herbal Mixture; supporting sponsors, Aseda Fabrics, Poundz World, Greenfield Herbal Clinic, Final Beverages, Ella Cardie and Eye360 security for supporting the country’s creative art industry.
The ultimate awards on the night, the Man of the Year contest will be among Nana Romeo, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, Osebo The Zaraman, Roman Fada and Kwaku Owusu Adjei Pato.
The Woman of the Year is a battle between, Ohemaa Woyeje, Roselyn Felli, Ohemaa Woye Supa, Sokoohemaa and Cynthia Tima Yeboah.
Osebo The Zaraman, Too Sweet Annan, Afia Pinamang, Charlie Dior and Diana Asamoah who have distinguished themselves in the fashion world are competing in the Best Fashion Icon Category.
The Best Actor nominees include Collins Oteng, Kofi Adjorlolo, Vincent M.McCauley, Richard Asante(Kalybos), Aaron Adatsi and Rev. Isaac Aidoo.
The Best Actress crown is up for grabs by any of the following persons; Awoyaa Ampaw, Evangelist Kasawale, Nana Yaa Agyare, Patricia Osei Boateng and Akyere Bruwah.
The Best Entrepreneur Category also has Osebo The Zaraman, Sokohemaa, Nana Yaa Brefo, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, and Ohemaa Woyeje.
Miss Tourism Ghana, Miss Ghana, Miss Musilimah, Miss Tertiary Africa and Miss Intercontinental Ghana are also competing for the Best Pageantry.
Funny Face, Richard Amoako (NtimNation), Jeneral Ntetia, SDKDele, and Juicy Vibes were nominated in the Best Comic category.
