Odeneho Leads Ashanti NPP Chairmen Group

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, Chairman of Ashanti NPP Chairmen Association 

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah has retained his position as the Chairman of Constituency Chairmen of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region.

He was overwhelmingly endorsed last Saturday to continue with the position, a press statement issued and signed by the secretary of the association, Emmanuel Kwame Adjei Dankwa, indicated.

Odeneho Appiah also keeps his position as the NPP Constituency Chairman for Afigya-Kwabre South.

The statement said the Saturday’s general meeting of the association was also used to elect other officers to assist Odeneho in steering the affairs of the group.

Mr. Adu Gyamfi, the Bekwai Constituency Chairman, was elected vice chairman of the group, while the Constituency Chairman for Atwima Kwanwoma, Emmanuel Kwame Adjei Dankwa, was elected secretary.

The organizer position went to the Odotobiri Constituency Chairman, Dominic Bosompim, while Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency Chairman, Oduro Frimpong, took the treasurer position.

The elected executives also appointed George Kofi Agyei, NPP Nhyiaeso Chairman, and Sampson Agyei, NPP Chairman for Asante Akim North, as their advisors.

Odeneho Appiah, in his acceptance speech, pledged to work and retain the association’s dignity and past glory, calling for unity and hard work from every member.
