Talented young artiste, Richard Ofosu, popularly known in the music scene as Okit Physical, says his new single titled ‘Sika Duro’ featuring Tulenkey, released last week, will surely make an impact on the local music scene.
The new single, which is yet to receive massive airplay on some of the radio stations, promises to become an African sensation, which will establish Okit as consistent hitmaker.
Gifted and talented in singing, Okit Physical does not only have the talent, but has the voice to compete and rub shoulders with those already making waves on the music scene.
Known for his unique delivery, Okit wanted to be recognised on local music market before going international music platform to market and promote his music and brand.
With a number of hit singles to his credit, Okit has carved a niche for himself with his fan base growing from strength to strength as the days go by. He can best be described as multi-talented and a versatile artiste with a vision.
A number of music stakeholders, including DJs, who have had the opportunity to listen to the song, have tipped the song to make waves on the music scene very soon.
Okit, in a chat with BEATWAVES, mentioned that his new single is an official single off his upcoming album which is yet to be titled.
Though there are no clear indications as to when he will be releasing the album to satisfy both the taste of his fans, BEATWAVES gathered the album will be ready early next year.
With the type of songs he produces, his style of play and stagecraft, Okit has been groomed by music professionals to meet the challenges ahead and also to become one of the most sought out acts in Ghana in the years to come.
He has performed on a lot of stages across the country, and has also performed alongside some of the celebrated local and international artistes.
