Police Declare 7 Wanted Over Attack On NPP Office

 

The Ghana Police Service has taken decisive action by identifying and declaring seven individuals as wanted in connection with the reprehensible attack and destruction of properties at the Ayawaso West Wuogon office of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Sunday, July 7, 2024.

The wanted persons are Alhaji Issah Kamara, Theophilus Kodzo Bedzra, Abdulai Victoria Naematu Nadolie, Hope Adzrah, Francis Agbessi Funu, Thomas Hemellor and Christian Biakuse.

Since the incident, all seven suspects have evaded capture, prompting an urgent manhunt by law enforcement agents to ensure that they are arrested and subsequent prosecution to face justice.
In a concerted effort to restore order and accountability, the police are putting in all possible efforts to track down these individuals swiftly.

Furthermore, it was revealed that Judith Trisy, a suspect previously arrested in connection with the case, is currently in police custody providing crucial assistance in the ongoing investigation.
Her cooperation is expected to shed light on the events leading up to the violent attack on the NPP office and aid in building a robust case against the perpetrators.

The police urge anyone with relevant information on the whereabouts of the wanted suspects to come forward and assist in ensuring that those responsible for the brazen act are brought to justice.
